Flue Gas Analyzer

We put forth EFM 6000 flue gas analyzer for boiler application that is widely appreciated for its convenient portability and for providing total combustion efficiency and low pollution emission capabilities. The fuel consumption can be considerably reduced by analyzing & making sure that the burner is using the fuel efficiently. It also provides the operator continuous feedback so that the burner controls can be adjusted to achieve the perfect fuel / air ratio with combustion optimization in both ways. The added advantage of this range of analyzer is it offers a cleaner and pollution free environment due to reduced carbon monoxide and soot emission. Its combustion efficiency is measured in terms of the oxygen content and temperature of flue gas. Increase in the air concentration reduces the efficiency as most of the heat is carried away. If there is a deficient, it results in incomplete combustion with consequent higher costs and increased pollution emissions.
